    repair & replace damaged wall
    $12,000

    Almost my entire side wall had dry rot damages. I asked for the best price to repair & to replace. A contract came the next day. & the price was very reasonable. I paid a deposit & agreed on a starting date & a completion date. The work started on time in the same week. Very punctual every morning. He & his assistant worked efficiently & effectively every weekday without skipping a day. They added extra R13 insulation before replacing the clip board. Very detail oriented . He reinforced a few seismic bolts in the foundation. He patched up some cement at the base . The next day, he removed all the loose material & re-cemented the entire base. It certainly looked great. He passed both DPW inspections with flying colors. He finished the project in only half of the agreed upon time. He shall be the contractor I go back to in the future. CKW
