The work was substandard. After he finished, we hired a group to redo painting that was sloppy. We had to hire professional tile and carpet cleaners after he left. He had wood floors refinished, but they walked on the floors before they were dry. There are foot prints. He had a total disregard for our property. There's damage he said "can't you just live with it"

Run from George Freeman! He is a con-man. He barely did the work and we offered him the money for what he completed and he wanted more than what he was supposed to get. He charged us $95,000! This is an absolute joke. We agreed on $69,000 in the contract. He does not abide by the contract and will charge you as much as he can to make an extra buck. The work was incomplete. As you know most contractors are dishonest and George is the definition of dishonest and money hungry. He is an awful business man and said often that he needed our money ahead of time to pay for other projects. That’s not our problem. We have been honest through this entire process until George saw fit to not abide by the contract and charge us for change orders that we did NOT sign off on. I hope and pray his business closes down. Karma is real and it will come back to him a thousand fold. Let him take on your project at your own risk! Can’t say I didn’t warn you.
