The office staff was friendly and helpful. The person that came out to fix our AC unit was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He warned me that we would need a new unit within a year or two, but didn't try to talk me into buying one from them. The cost of repair was more reasonable than I expected, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with everyone from my initial phone call to having a working AC again.
I highly recommend this business!
