The project started out as expected, but has taken an ugly turn with the patio portion. I’ve tried several times to meet with Mike, but he will only meet between 10am and 2pm. That’s very hard for my work schedule and he will not budge on that. The entire walkway has been an issue from day one and his team tried to fix it 3 times only making it worse. The pitch is so deep that when it rains it floods out. Mike suggested a drain, they came and installed that but the pitch is off. so the water just sits in there. Mike will not accept responsibility for the patio. I’ve since had 3 other companies look at it and they all agree the patio needs to be fixed. Mike also suggested we go with the black liner which is beautiful but we have white stains all along the liner from the bricks, he said he would send me out a cleaner. Something I find weird that I should have to scrub a liner. It’s brand new! After spending $64 thousand dollars I expected a better experience, but all I’m getting is aggravated and the problem is not fixed.

My family is very happy with Long Island Pool and Patio. My backyard came out exactly as we imagined. They started and finished on time and within budget. Mike has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I've had throughout the entire process. the computer renderings gave us a visual before starting the job, Mike the owner was there the day they started. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to install a pool!
