Constantly worked without permits, eventually costing us more money in addressing issues and delays. Constant mistakes because he never wrote anything down, was satisfied w shoddy work from subs. Additional delays due to extremely poor planning - would not hire subs for one project until prior project completed. Do not hire this contractor - will work well for the first month or two and then once you realize all the over-runs and mistakes and delays you will be stuck.
