    Mike and Shane have all the skill sets that a residential client could need. The experience these two craftsmen have shown. Excellent work with carpentry and drywall, accompanied by the skills to redo plumbing and electrical wiring.

    Because of the nature of a two-man business, they may have trouble keeping time. And keep tabs on when they are actually there or not.

    General bath and kitchen renovation. Did not do what they agreed to do! Left the job without finishing the work as agreed upon. Work was sub-par and additional contractors needed to retained to fix their mistakes. Never produced receipts/invoices for work completed. Multiple complaints from other homeowners surveyed after they left the job. Demanded last check to pay bills before work was completed. Never saw him again and refuses to return numerous calls left.

    Shane & Mike are truly the best contractors you could ever hire. I had them work on a house built in 1925. It needed a lot of replacement plumbing, complete electrical rewire, re-point of the porch brick steps, and several odd jobs such as replacing antique brackets on the rain gutters. These guys can do anything, and maintain congeniality no matter what happens while they are doing it! I guarantee they are the most honest individuals you could ever hire and they will gladly negotiate a fair price. I was lucky someone referred them to me. Thanks guys, forever grateful, DR.
