Tian was always super quick to respond, offer recommendations and guide us thru the entire process. I had 2 bathrooms done - tubs ripped out of both and replaced with showers and floor to ceiling tile work, 2 new vanities with sinks. And new flooring by another contractor Tian coordinated with. New toilet and cabinet in guest bathroom and a new W/D unit in the W/D closet with emergency shutoffs brought forward so they are accessible. I was extremely pleased with the finished project and would use Tian again.
