Terrible. Unprofessional. Replaced a pipe in the yard and busted another pipe in the process. The pipe is not a main use so we agreed for him to come back when the yard dried out. A year later and the pipe is still broken with no response after multiple attempts. This includes a phone call where Lonnie yelled at me (a woman) and told me it was my fault that he (the plumber) broke the pipe. After this ridiculous conversation he told me he would come and as you can tell he had not. He also tried to guilt me by telling me he was doing us a favor by even doing the job. I have records of everything to validate these claims. Do not hire.
