    I have used Jaime for many of my commercial building renovations and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his workers. All very professional, on time and understand exactly what I want, every time. He went above and beyond to complete my bulidings before needed, getting my inspections cleared and delivering exactly what I asked for. I will continue to use him every time. Highly recommend him.

    Remodel residence

    I 100% agree with the previous review. I would never recommend Jamie Lopez. He was a no-show contractor that never paid his subs at the agreed price so they always came knocking at our door for more money. I suspect he found his subs at a Home Depot parking lots as most didn’t have the required skills to do the jobs hired to do. Doubt the subs were even legal (they didn’t speak English) which we insisted that they be. Whether it was concrete, framing, plumbing, dry wall, painting, cabinetry, AC.. for our remodel they all did a terrible job. There has been so much re-work done since Jaime left the job. Corrections and total re-dos. Just yesterday we had to remove some drywall Jaime’s subs hung because it was bulging from what we found to be trash left behind it and in doing so we also found where they covered live/exposed wires behind the drywall. He was not a stand-up Guy about his work. Didn’t care that work was done poorly...He talks a great game but in the end he’s the most unreliable, unethical, and uneducated contractor that we know. It saddens us that he took advantage of us and deliberately tried to destroy our most valued possession. Buyers beware. For your own protection... do not use this company.

    I was referred to Jaime Lopez for a home remodel contractor. He seemed like an honest guy at first, but rarely showed up to check on his guys. I can count on 1 hand how many times he came to my house to oversee this workers ~ didn't check their work, and seemed completely accepting of VERY poor workmanship. His subs robbed me of over $3000 worth of my own personal items, not to mention the construction materials they stole. I had to file a police report and contact the ROC to let them know about the situation. Since then, the friend that recommended him used him again and is having major problems with Jaime and his subs. Such a shame that people are so lacking in integrity these days. Steer clear of this guy!!!
