    Clear weeds, lay down block, put down landscape rock
    $500

    Was excited to get a new front yard. Carlos agreed to do the work. Was willing to be fair when he did not communicate with me on Sat and I had to call him to find out why he never showed up. Rescheduled for Monday. He never called, never showed, would not answer phone and explain why he wasn't coming. Why??? I already spoke to my association who has trusted him in the past and told them what has gone on. I guess the only people that matter to him are the association members. Don't hire them to do work, they won't be there.
