Unfortunately, things started out well with Jose, but they went downhill. He started my job last May 14th and has yet to finish it - though he has been paid his money. His sub-contractors have contacted me and stated he never paid them for doing the job at my house and asking my assistance to get in touch with him so they can try and get their money. I have called/texted Jose more than 50 times in the last month as the bathroom he installed upstairs is leaking into and through my dining room ceiling, there are areas of caulking in wide swaths on the paint, the flooring in one of the rooms is uneven, some of the tiles in the bathroom stick up so far it is really noticeable and the overall job looks very amateurish. Jose initially was very attentive, fixed any new issues that arose, but once you really needed him to fix the mistakes his crew made and the leaking through the ceiling, he was nowhere to be found. I have attempted to contact him in a multitude of ways, and he never responds back. I am now left out to hang with a job that has been paid for, but has not been completed.
