    Job price was lower than most others. Got the job done at an earlier schedule. Does smaller projects where others would pass it by.

    $60,000

    Lordan Construction did an excellent job on the Soft Story Retrofit for a 6 unit apartment building at a very inexpensive price. The final approval and certification passed fine. However, we are still waiting for Billy Lordan to respond to a request to send the family a copy of the original contract for pass through purposes as required by the SF rent board.
