Lorenzano not only gave us a reasonable and acceptable bid (we are a church and cost is important to us) they did what they said they would do. They kept their word on timing of the work and from our first view of the work performed we believe they did excellent work. They left the jobsite very clean. We can highly recommend them.

When our asphalt-shingle roof was ready to replace, we decided on metal roofing for several reasons. First, metal roofs have a much longer life and can be recycled if they do need replacing (asphalt shingles go straight to the landfill). Second, we have solar panels and they're easier to remount to a metal standing-seam roof. Third, we have several large rain tanks and the water coming off a metal roof has a lot less grit in it.
Our timing wasn't the best: the pandemic caused supply-chain problems that delayed the project a few weeks and the weather did not cooperate (we had heavy rains right after the old roof was torn off, but the underlayment layer, which the crew worked quickly to lay down just before the deluge, kept all the water out!). Through it all, the Lorenzano guys were very professional, friendly and responded quickly to any problems or concerns. They cleaned up well and didn't damage any of the landscaping (a concern of mine) They did an excellent job, and the roof looks great! They even sent us aerial photos of the new roof, taken with their amazing little drone.
