  Scammed me out of doing my restaurant repairs now he is dodging my calls. He also used the same lie that one of his guys was in the hospital. Never came back

  Plumbing and sheetrock

  $1,500

  This man is a fraud! He came in last week to give me an estimate for the repairs and quoted $1500. He then asked for $800 upfront, CASH ONLY, and followed me to the bank for withdrawal. Then, dodged mine and my landlord's calls to come back and actually perform the work. I know he also works for another major plumbing company and i'm fixing to report him to police for fraud. If anyone has any additional information, lets work together and get this scamer back.

  He took $1500 for the fence work. He never started the work. He is a liar. He never applied for the fence permit. He acted so well to get the money. He kept on telling the lies.

  Replace Condenser Unit for AC

We made an electronic payment to buy what was needed and guess what he never returned . So now we have lost money and our AC unit still needs to be replaced. We are forced to sit in our home which is at 90’ degrees. If he has done this to you please contact the Police to file your report. Police stated by tomorrow if I do not hear back from him or get a refund, charges will be filed and a warrant will be placed. If you wish to help please share this information on social media or any neighborhood groups you are a part of. He needs to be stopped! Google shows I’m not the first he has done this to. He needs to be Thank you Everyone!

  Next day Update- Officer was able to reach him and told Lorenzo if money is not return he will file report. Lorenzo told officer he will refund today. I messaged Lorenzo at what time should I expect my refund he said tomorrow after returning unit.I told him to drop it off with receipt and refund rest of money that was giving. He said he has to return unit to pay me back. Police charges are coming. I tried giving him an opportunity.I wish I could find all he has scammed and work together to get him charged for all the lying and stealing.

  Two projects: 1. install countertops and 2. build out wall. He started the second but finished ne

  The man is both a thief and a liar, he took two deposits totalling $1,200 for countertop installation and extending a wall (framing, drywall, texture and paint) and didn't do the work. He kept lying about showing up but in the end he only showed once and worked for less than 3 hours framing the wall, said that he was leaving to pick up drywall but never came back. Beware because he uses examples of other scammers and then shows you photos of his supposed work to put you at ease. He is an unethical person who definitely needs to be held accountable.

  $600

  He took the full payment to install pendant lights for me. He disappeared for a few days and claimed he got poison ivy that had him in a hospital (from 8a-midnight) because “Frisco Hospital ER is so busy!” and he didn’t have his phone. After I threatened him i.e. take him to small claims court, he came back and did part of the job but never returned to complete it. He told me everyday he was coming at a certain time but never showed. I had another project I was going to hire him for but he demanded payment and I declined. I don’t trust him—— and neither should you.

  Fraud and Scammer took $2000 advance never showed up to complete the service .Harass emotionally by texting as arrested and released and provide fake dates and time to show up. He represents as manager of handyman services with his team , provide estimate to complete the project take advance never show up. His license should be cancelled.

  Will take your money and not render any service and refuse to show or bring material purchased for project. Highly unprofessional and harasses on phone via text and voice call to get more payemwnt.
