Lori started out well and never ultimately finished. We were given endless promises. The work that was done was subpar. She subcontracted some of the work out, was not a good communicator, no showed, had a million excuses and ultimately never finished the jobs she was paid almost 40 k to do. She was argumentative, defensive and unethical. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you want a giant headache loss of money, unfinished projects and dissatisfaction. A project that was supposed to take 2 to 4 months took over two years and we are still left with no deck in the back no finished deck in the front painting that was never done sliding that’s falling off the house molding on the house that’s dented open electrical outlets lights that were never replaced. Excuse after excuse after excuse. She is very professional and I’ve seen prior work but once we gave her the money that was our biggest mistake. She promised to give us a dream house and she gave us a giant nightmare that caused a tremendous amount of stress and continues to do so.
