Lorin was very prompt with picking up his phone and with small chance that he did not answer, he called me back very quickly. He built my wall around my back and side yards at a very competitive price and he completed it in a timely manner. I needed a gate left off so my landscaper could get through to finish my backyard and Lorin arranged with the landscaper to let him know when he could come and begin work on the yard and then made arrangements to come back afterwards and finish installing the gate. That's what I paid for but sometimes you get hassled or feel like you're asking to much from some contractors and Lorin made it feel like you weren't asking anything out of the ordinary. It took a few extra phone calls and weeks to have him send me an invoice that split the cost up between my neighbors and I but I did receive it and got a follow up email making sure that I did receive it. All in all a personable person to work with who did a top job on my wall and gate and was trustworthy to get the job done even as I arranged the entire job without EVER meeting him in person.
