I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company. I drained my pool well in advance, but due to mother nature (rain) there was about 1-2 inches of water in my pool when the workers arrived. The 'person in charge - John - proceeded to ring my bell vigorously and upon answering I had a madman on my front lawn yelling at me about how there was water in my pool and he had 7 guys to pay for the day and how I was 'costing him money'. I am a single mom/woman so this aggressive behavior scared me tremendously! I asked if he could help me drain the excess water and his response was ' It is not my job to drain YOUR pool'. A true statement, but with the elements of nature what was I supposed to do with such a small amount of water that a professional, EXPERIENCED company should be able to handle? I reached out 3 times throughout the day to see how we could rectify the situation and once I did reach John, he stated that I attacked him and recommended that I contact Namco for a different installation company. My experience with this company was by far the worst as a homeowner and paying customer as I was not treated with respect at all. BUYER BEWARE.

Left a big mess behind, cigarette butts all over the yard and their personal trash. Owner was rude and was not cooperative at all. Before the installation they are friendly and courteous after they get the job they just ddg ont care. Owner was rude and unptofessional.
Find another installer. -

Very professional, courteous. Cleaned up all trash from installation. Excellent very quick install, pool is perfectly level and not one wrinkle in the liner. Would highly recommend Lot 2 pools!

I hired this company back in May to build a pool for me John said "it will be up the beginning of June before the kids are out of school" he rescheduled the first week in June came the second week dug a hole in my yard then said it was too wet to install the pool. He told me he would be back next weekend to build the pool. He called me on Thursday that week and told me to buy a tarp and cover his hole he made cause rain was coming and he'd be here either Saturday or Sunday to build the pool. So I went to Lowe's and bought a 30x50 $200 tarp to cover this hole up. John never showed up or even called to say they weren't going to show up. I called 3 times and left 3 messages that week and finally heard back from John on Thursday he said to pull the tarp off that is now filled with hundreds of gallons of rain water so I went out and bought a $100 pump pumped the tarp out and removed it. They finally showed up today now July and built the pool. At the end I asked John who I should make the check out to and he lost his shit on me saying he only takes cash. He threw a temper tantrum like a 3 year old guy is a joke. I used to step on people like this before I had kids. Anyways after he calmed down and I was giving him his check I walked up and he was telling one of his helpers that he was going to come back and cut the liner of the pool. So I called him out and asked him if he'll be back to cut the liner and he clammed up like the child he is and said he was talking about a different job. This guy is garbage straight out of methadone mile. Sorry you can't cash this check till Monday and have to go the weekend without your fix big guy. Thank god I'm someone who has taken out the trash multiple times in my life but I'm sure he pulls this act on women and people who don't know how to deal with people who try to push people around. Don't hire this guy he's an absolute joke.
