  extend driveway and redo outdoor sink

  $3,500

  On first week of March 2020 I did hire and pick thumbtack.com recommendation. The company I hired was LOTS LIZARDS CS a guy name "Matt". Apparently, we made a deal that he will be pouring concrete to extend my driveway and replace my outdoor sink. The deal was $2500 at first and was change to $3500. I paid him $1250 to begin the work. Matt wanted me to pay another $1000 the second day of work so he can pay his workers, and so I gave him $1000 cash. They have finished the concrete and made the area around with holes, messy and unorganized. It was raining the next day and made the whole entire area flooded due to unfinished work on the side of the concrete. Matt texted me and said he will be sending his workers to fix the side, and along with his text he also mentioned if I could pay him the rest of the amount which is $1250 so he can pay his workers again. He came back and start measuring the sink and told me that he will be taking care of the sink regardless if it would rain or not, and so I did pay him the $1250 since he was very convincing that he would really going to take care the sink and finished up the sides of the concrete and of course knowing that these Company was THUMBTACK's recommendation. Unfortunately, the following week Monday was supposed to be the day he will be doing the sink, I have been texting Matt and calling him but never got an answer except the text message saying his on his way but never did. On Tuesday I did the same thing and still not get an answer but text message saying his on his way again, and still never came. After trying to reach out several times I stopped contacting him and just hope he will still come by to do the sink. So unfortunately, until today April 2020 I still haven't heard from him. I ended up fixing up myself the sides of the concrete to avoid flood around it, especially we've been having rained constantly and knowing that I was being scam by LOTS LIZARDS CS. I am posting these comments, so you know what they do, and I hate for these to happen to other people. On my end, I will be taking these to legal on military base and seek solution to this problem. These type of doing is wrong and need to be put on stop. People work hard to support their families and take care their financial needs and so I don't tolerate scammers or fraud like these. For questions to this review feel free to email me back. I would glad to send info and pics of the flood for these. The $1000 cash I gave him was the only thing I don't have for receipt, but I do get it on my Security Camera that shows I gave him the cash. Breach of Contract is what these company love to do especially when you've already gave them the money. STAY AWAY, DON'T BE THE ONE and Protect your Family.

  Seal concrete driveway

  $700

  I am not sure why or what happened, but Lot Lizard never completed the project they were contracted to do. I unfortunately paid some monies up front (which i never like to do) but trusted they would be back to finish the job. There were countless commitments to show up and no one ever did. Matt was a very nice and trusting guy. i hate writing this review but not happy the job was never completed. Please be aware before paying anything in advance. I am seeing the previous review and wish i had done more homework on them.

  Replacement of our concrete driveway

  Lot Lizards did a fantastic job on our drive way replacement. The new stamp and stained drive is beautiful! These guys are very professional and CLEAN in such a messy trade. They will do a great job on any concrete project you need.

  Concrete and interior

  These guys are amazing! Not only do they go above and beyond expectations and amazing customer service the work speaks for itself. I would recommend them to everyone. It is also a Woman owned business. Again they are far the best contracts I have ever hired. Thank you Lot Lizards! :)

  Kitchen remodel

  These guys are crooks they took money and then never did the work they won’t answer phone they run under different name but guy that runs it is Robert Matthew Pascoe and he has been convicted of fraud several times
