    These guys will promise you the moon and deliver nothing! Just say NO!

    We were recommended to these guys by a neighbor who said they had been reliable and did good work. So I interviewed their foreman Francisco Leon. "Fran" came across great. He's personable, seems to know his stuff and gave us very specific promises. We agreed upon a price and they came out the next week to start. The first week they did a really good job. We were so impressed, we referred them to 3 different friends.

    One week later, it all started to fall apart. They were supposed to scalp and reseed our front lawn. Never happened. They looked at our sprinkler automation and over doubled the watering without even know the zones. Our water bill skyrocketed. They never sprayed or pulled one weed in the entire month they "serviced" our property. They almost tore our drip line in half and "fixed" it with a piece of tape. But, of course they didn't tell us. We found out by seeing a fountain of water spring up. I advised them of the damaged line. They didn't offer to fix it or apologize. We heard nothing but crickets. We finally got so fed up after weeks of seeing the total lack of maintaining our property to even a minimal level or living up to their promises we left both voice and text messages for Fran. Again, all we heard were crickets. We finally sent a scathing text. All of a sudden, excuses and apologies. He promised to show up today to discuss and make everything right. We just received a text saying they are no longer going to service our property. No phone call. No apology. Not even an explanation why.

    Now I have to call up my friends and tell them I referred them to a horrible landscaping company!

    We paid Lou Mascola $1,800. He removed a couple of trees and also was supposed to dig out our SAGA PALMS, store them and replant them. We started a large remodel and our 2 gorgeous mature SAGA PALMS were in the way of the bob cat. So Lou agreed to dig them out and he offered to store them at his place until we are done with our remodel. He said he would water them and replant them when we are ready for them to use them in our new landscaping. We check with him and he said that they survived and that he is watering them. All along we were thinking that these SAGA PALMS would be back in our yard when we were done. WRONG !!!! Lou Mascola no longer has them???? He won't tell us what he did with them. All he said is he had to move and they are no longer on his property. How strange......he could have called us and told us to pick them up or he could have delivered them to us if he no longer wanted to care for them???? Did he sell them???? These are our property and he is a crook!!! He is a liar!!! Be AWARE, and make sure you can deal with someone who has no conscience if you decide to hire this guy!
