Loudoun Valley did the concrete work at our new Dan Ryan Home in around October 2018 Morgantown, WV. Within the first 6 months of moving in, we noticed scalding and scaling on the driveway, the sidewalk and the front porch stoop. After fight with Dan Ryan Builders, complaints to the Attorney General Office and the hiring of an engineering firm, Dan Ryan Builders agreed to do our concrete work over and Loudoun Valley Concrete was once again used. I told the Owner, Jason Riffle, that this was a do over because of a bad job the first time. I told him that I had a lot going on and would appreciate it if they could make the process a turnkey operation: Do the demolition, the pouring of the new concrete and the sealing of the new concrete. The demolition went well, the pouring of the concrete seemed to go well, but they dropped the ball with the sealing of the concrete. I requested by phone the week before the work started that I wanted his company to seal the concrete. I said this again on the day that he came to start the demolition. The day they poured one of his managers told me that Jason would be back in the Wednesday Afternoon to seal the concrete, that did not occur. I communicated with Jason the next day and once again reiterated that I really need for them to get this done. The weather around this time was seasonably warm and beautiful for the 3rd week of October. On Thursday I communicated by phone in text of phone with Jason Riggle the Owner and he told me I was on the schedule and that it would get done, but nothing happened on Thursday, so I called him Thursday Evening and pleaded with him to please get this done on Friday, that it was supposed to be beautiful day again, but that rain was supposed to be coming for several days starting this weekend. When no one called or showed up, I called the business office and asked the Lady, Amanda, what was going on. Shortly after Jason called me back and said I was on the schedule, that it would get done today, a follow up phone call around 3:45 pm from him indicated that the worker supposed to do the work was in Bridgeport, WV and had another hour of work to do before coming to my house. At 5 pm, Jason text me and said the work was not going to get done today and maybe they could get to it the beginning of next week.. This was the 3rd day in a row that I was on the schedule. We talked some and text some and I voiced my strong displeasure of being told that I was on the schedule and it was going to get done. If they had let me know on Friday when calling around 1 pm, I would have went and get the cure and seal and a sprayer and did the work myself. This was very unprofessional and discourteous. Not only did they not come as indicated, they waited until it was too late for me to obtain the products I needed to do it myself, as Central Supply closes at 4 pm thru the week. I told Jason to please finish up by removing the forming boards and send me a bill for the extra sidewalk around to the 3rd bay side garage door and I would pay him, but that I did NOT want him or his company to seal my concrete after they strung us along for a few days and then never showed up. I told him that his promise of coming next week (maybe?) was unacceptable to me. I would make other arrangements of do it myself. I believe that since his company did a bad job on our driveway the first time and surprisingly Dan Ryan Builders was paying them top dollar to do our job over again that it certainly would have been a good gesture for his company to go the extra mile and cure & seal our concrete, but apparently it just wasn't that important to them. Like I said, I believe the demolition work and the re-pouring of the concrete appears to went well, I just don't understand why a large concrete company would have such a big problem sealing some concrete, especially when he kept saying that they could spray it in like 20 minutes. Their failure to do this when the weather is good will delaly the landscaper from cleaning up and filling in around the driveway and sidewalk and will probably cause us to not get to use our driveway for up to another week, as we don't want to drive on the new concrete until it is sealed and is properly dried.

Built a new home recently and Loudoun valley Concrete did all the concrete work and driveway.
Front porch was such a bad finish it had to be jackhammered out and repoured.
Driveway spalled and scaled within six months and needs redone. The owner (Riffle Contracting)was not willing to accept responsibilty or help out in anyway to address this issue. Blamed it on salt dripping off of cars, totally unacceptable. I spoke with three other professionals all said it was due to poor finishing technique. Shame on Riffle and Loudoun Valley.
There is no way I could ever recommend this company to anyone.
