Louis built our house and within a year the unit in the attic had a huge leak and ruined our ceiling. The holes that were left where the pipes came up through the floor were so big you could put your hand in them. The counter tops were cut too short and there's a gap between them and the wall. Snakes and rats came in through the holes left from the pipes. We had to spray foam in them to keep the pests out. Behind the stove there was a gap between the floor and the wall and we could see the light from outside coming through. That's not all, I hope you get the idea. BEWARE of this builder!!
