After they put a new roof on my home, we had to call them back 4 times because it was leaking and you could see daylight around a vent. They ruined the new sheetrock that was installed and the roof job was not up to code as well.

They had repaired all damages caused by hail on 2011. Unfortunately, I found there were two places leaking on the roof on April 2012. I had called two phone numbers to check if they would get it fixed and neither were answered. I left voicemails on both numbers. A week later when I called again, one number was set to not accept incoming calls and one number's voicemail is full. Bad experence.

3. Ridge vents not installed as the previous vents removed; much shorter and not esthetically pleasing and probably want be as energy efficientThis company replaced my shingles after Hurricane Ida I thought they did a good job but later was informed by other professionals the rood vents were not completed per standard
1 cap missing on vent with potential for water leaks
2. A vent which was not attached and not functional should have been removed. Now I have to have vent removed and seal opening and install more shingles
4.I was informed by current contractor the shingles replaced by are a cheaper shingle than what they would have used. I was in a position to pay for better quality
5. Communication about issues have not been addressed favorably and want acknowledge fault.
6. Would never recommend.
