Loum Chum setup the electrical installation in the house we bought in Boston, He was not only able to the install the cable TV in the living area correctly, but he also refused to correct it when we asked him to do i, because he does not like to drive into Boston. Additionally, our electrical fuses blow out constantly without any obvious reasons.
In conclusion, he is not able to do his job satisfactorily and not interested at all if his customers are getting what they are paid. We basically only have the choice to sue him or to pay another contractor because of his bad job performance.
