He never came back to finish the job. He built our home, but never finished any of the last projects. We spoke with him many times and he kept promising to have everything finished, but never showed up. The tub was never connected to water, the floor mounted faucet was not installed at all. They just set the tub in place and left it. The sheetrock repairs were never completed including large holes in the walls. The stair rails are not installed correctly and can not support any weight. The metal safety rails oitside were not installed correctly and came out of the steps and causing a visitor to fall and get hurt. Sheetrock/taping in the bottom floors around the top of the ceiling is cracking in two of the rooms.
It is now 8 months later and still no resolution. He took the last draw from the bank and never came back.

I don’t have the time or patience for a detailed account of our experience with what was then “Windy Hills Construction.” Bottom line: 5 years to build our house, with another Contractor finishing the house once we were able to fire Windy Hills, via our attorney, for Breach of Contract. Smooth talker. Beware!
