Horrible experience with Lowney's in 2018. Sod went in brown and unfortunately I agreed to bail them out by watering way beyond normal to bring it back. Trees they planted began to die one week after planting. I called them and they made several visits and told me to stick to their watering plan. 14 out of 18 trees died and then the owner said I overwatered! working out a settlement with them was painful. Apparently what I asked for was too high so I left it to them to make an offer and just asked them to be fair. I took it just to end the pain-it was far from equitable.
