The contractor never finished the job after being paid $28,357 for garage addition (out of $34,200). After taking most of the profits and not finishing with roofing leaving damage, and stucco leaving sharp nails in the walls, he tried to terminate and then when I refused sent me a change order demanding more money, He hired a lawyer and they are now bullying me into giving up in my fight for my rights.
