It started well but soon went downhill. After choosing our slab, it was sold to another customer because Steven did not ask us for any money to put down to guarantee it would not be sold. AZ Tile told me that has always been their policy and Steve should have known that. Then came delays, some should have been anticipated (honeymoon) and some unexpected, but as a business, he should see that his employees cover for him when he cannot be there. The guys that installed the granite were great and very professional, and they told us the granite had been sealed. Apparently not. First stain showed up on the first day of use. Steve assured me it had been sealed and that light granite will stain easily. After some research I found that this is not supposed to happen. Another granite contractor then came and Cleaned and sealed the granite. It no longer stains the way it did on the first day.
