My experience with Loyalty Homes was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend to work with this builder or his wife. I was in contract since April of 2017, and closing date was changed 3 times. I was threatened by builder that if i didn't accept his ways of saying things he would no longer sell me house. He also threatened me that if i didn't sign a document where he made me responsible of any construction delays, cancellation, etc. he would no longer sell me house. His wife was so disrespectful and screamed at me in her office. She also wanted to make me and my husband switch to her preferred lender after there was already a contract active and accepted by her husband at that time. She literally called movement mortgage on the phone, and said to them she wanted me and my husband switched to them, right in front of me. I didn't know what to do. I was so desperate to get my house, so in love with the house that i wasn't paying attention to everything that was being done to me by them. Thankfully i have text messages of this, because now she wants to deny it, and have recordings of all conversations including me being threatened. BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER.
