He was a crook, a liar, a scam artist. He didn't pull permits under his own company name. He hired unlicensed contractors to do the work. Then, when the hired subs did a horrible job, it was up to the homeowner to register complaints. After 3 years of excuses and poorly executed work, I filed an official complaint and the State Board revoked his building license. He still has his roofing license but if you could see the state of my own roof, you wouldn't consider hiring this company.
