Their equipment and buckets permanently stained our new hardwood floors and when we asked Brian (the owner) to address it he said it wasn't a big deal and they wouldn't be fixing it themselves. We found a reputable company to fix the problem and when we notified Brian and his team, they admitted that to fix the mess would cost them $300 + labor but they were not going to do the repairs or give us money towards the repair. We were shocked at how unprofessional they were, especially on something that could have been prevented with drop cloths and protective plastic/paper for the worksite.

We expected a professional job and ended up with a huge mess.

As a General Contractor, we use LP Custom Floors on all of our projects. They have done several jobs for us to include showers, tub surrounds,laminate, tile, and wood flooring. We always receive excellent workmanship and quality.
