    Roofing replacement
    $63,000

    I gave my word if Pilot got my insurance to cover my roof I would leave a review and take him golfing. After 4 denials of my wood shake roof from AllState I about gave up. Pilot showed up and promised me he would win.. I was very skeptical at best.. Well he actually won. I’m thrilled with him and his company. His golfing ability is questionable..

    replace hail damaged roofs

    The Condo association hired LR Contracting to repair hail damage to the condo's roof. The folks at LR Contracting are very professional, responsive and accommodating. The quality of the finished work is excellent and completed in a timely manner with minimal impact on the residences at the condo unit.

    Lance Roberts addressed every concern no matter how minor, professionally and quickly. He's a great person to work with.

    Hailstorm repair for townhomes
    $500,000

    LR repaired the townhomes I live in after Denver’s ferocious hailstorm in May 2017. The buildings had considerable damage: skylights, roof, fence, windows, light fixtures, and more; it was a complicated, complex project. They began working with our HOA management company, insurer, and the public adjuster within a few weeks of the storm. LR was experienced in working with all of these groups; they were patient with those of us for whom this was new territory.

    The two most important things to me, personally, are communication (including responsiveness to phone calls and emails) and, as a single woman who lives alone, being comfortable with the people who are repairing and spending time in and near my home. In both of these areas, LR was excellent - really could not have been any better! Everyone who I interacted with, whether in person, on the phone or by email, was great, helpful and thorough. One of them even helped one morning when my garage door wasn't closing!
