We used Lanny twice, first during original gut renovation and then with subsequent work to renovate and incorporate the neighboring studio. He was great -- great design sense and ideas -- and was onsite once a week during both build outs to make sure everything was progressing according to plan. His prices are fair and his work terrific. Highly recommend for your project.
