Owner
My landlady called Mr. Moschetti after I told her that the toilet in my apartment was broken. Mr. Moschetti repaired the broken toilet bowl flapper valve and the seals and now the toilet works just fine.
I mentioned two other problems: a broken thermostat and a plugged up bathroom sink. He was able to fix those items and just as a courtesy to me he helped me remove the two air conditioning units from the windows in the living room and put up the casement windows.
He is diligent and polite.
