    Magnificent Craftmanship

    Lemar was one of three that was referred to me to rehab my ranch style rental property and I'm so happy he was the one we selected. His workmanship is superb.... Lemar is so detailed oriented. From the moment we met I knew right away that he takes pride in his work. Our home is roughly 1700 square feet and his team did all the wall paper removal, dry walling, painting, carpet removal, vinyl and hard flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and exterior painting. The house looks amazing, the price was reasonable we are just so please!!!

    I am very satisfied with the services provided by L & S Painting and Repair Services in April, 2014, when I desperately needed restoration of my Single-Family Rental Property which had smoke damage due to a grease fire in the kitchen oven. This Company was available immediately to come to my rescue and knew exactly what to do to clear the house of the smoke odor. Members of this Company washed the walls and ceilings with TSP solution (trisodium phosphate solution), then covered the surfaces with Kilz (a sealant), and finally did an excellent job in painting the interior of the house very professionally and, also, very quickly. Other jobs performed included changing door locks, replacing a window screen, and stabilizing a hand rail going up the stairs. The cost to me was very reasonable. I highly recommend L & S Painting and Repair Services for their professional work and reasonable prices.

    LS Painting and Repair finshed our basement in our home. Before LS Painting completly remodeled our basement, it was dark and creepy. It was not a place that anyone would want to be. After the renovation... the basement is the most occupied space in the house. We love it! Thanks!

    I used Lemar to rehab several of my rental properties. He does good work at a reasonable price. Lemar is an excellent painter, tile setter, carpenter, and drywall installer. He did such a good job of my rentals I had him paint my own house!

    Lemar is dependable and a good guy to work with. He takes pride in his work and I will continue to use Lemar.

    I am so very thankful for the fantastic work and craftsmanship relative to the work you did on my home. No one has painted my entire home as well as you did. Additionally, you promised that you would complete the task on time and you did. You said you would not over or under bid the job and you kept your word and everyone on my street has begin to ask me for LS Painting and Repairs number and I proudly provide it.     Lamar and his team came in at a moments notice and got us out of a pinch. Pricing was good. Time spent to ensure the details were cared for was all put in on the job. And, we were all pleased with the final results. Our construction job passed with no issues and in time. I will recommend LS Painting & Repair going forward and will work with them next time I'm in Cincinnati for sure.

    Lamar provided me with an estimate that fit within my budget. Lamar was professional and took great pride in the work that he completed at my house. I will recommend Lamar to everyone that I know in the future because it is important to keep true professionals working in the trade that they love.
