    All downstairs windows/casings/frames, sliding glass door, ship lap, etc.

    Anthony was a subcontractor of the designer (Tina at Tracy Lynn Studio) that designed my remodel. I had all the downstair interior doors and downstairs windows/casings/frames replaced, including the sliding glass door. Anthony also installed the ship lap in the bathroom, and probably did other things that I'm not remembering! It all looks fantastic, is solid and sound, and I would recommend him and his team anytime! Next assignment is the upstairs :).

    We initially really appreciate this Window installer. He came with one worker and they installed two windows. One is near perfect (wrong orientation though....), the other was a difficult fix because of issues on that wall of the house. That window was not a perfect match but overall it was fine. I paid, he said he'd email the bill in the evening. I am still waiting. It was in January 2016. I texted/called several times, no more contact. I even texted that we wanted him and his team to fix a frame and to replace all the other windows. Still no response. I am wondering if he didn't have an accident or a disease since then but it says "active" here. I am just baffled. I don't understand what's the problem. AND I still have no bill.

    Working with LSC Windows and Door Specialists was HORRIBLE. WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I worked with multiple contractors and he was far the worst and unreliable contractor.

    I started my project in Q4 of 2015. We agreed to a price and he took a long time just to pick up the check. To make matter worse, this guy constantly makes excuses to delay the project. He would ignore my calls and emails. Who does that? This is after I submitted a check to him.

    Buildzoom was of little help in getting his attention so I had to submit a claim against him to get my money back. It took several weeks to even get his attention. Make sure you get all his information down if you somehow use him (which I highly do not receommend).
