I recently bought a home with solar panels installed by Sun-Tec. The installation is the source of a roof leak as confirmed by multiple professional roofers and renovation experts including Sun-Tec's own work crew. Instead of honoring their warranty and fixing the leak and currently minor damages, their manager (Lee) made the claim that the leak is due to condensation. Pictures, videos, and professional inspection show otherwise. I've made numerous attempts to resolve the situation and at the point of bringing legal action. Let the buyer beware!
