Update: since posting a review attorneys have been threaded. Reggie got nasty with us and continues to blow up our phones.
Terrible customer service. Permit failed final inspection. Can’t get the company to come out or call us back. Makes empty promises on when they’ll show up. Was notified by the city that the permit is now expired and my issue. Will never use Reggie again and will also steer people away from this company.

It took 5 and a half months to complete my re-roof. Was made too many false promises to mention. Completely destroyed my gutters. I filled ten 5 gallon buckets of debris they left behind. Worst contractor experience I've ever had.

Reggie Reed replaced on my home in Venice Florida last year. Recently, I discovered a roof leak and saw damage to my wall and ceiling in the garage. After numerous phone calls and messages over a period of 2 months, I finally received a visit from Reggie Reed. After he inspected the leak area, he told me his workmen should have installed flashing at the site of the leak and they would return the following week to make the repair. They never returned and now Reggie Reed Roofing does not return my telephone calls and messages.
