Worst experience ever!!!Called the contractor SERGEY for an estimate. He came over to the house put together an estimate for a new furnace and vents. Asked for a pre payment for material and the furnace. Asked us which furnace we wanted. We handed him a print out of the Furnace Goodman, which he advised was a great choice. After a few days of work we came to the house to find out the most of the work has been complete a new furnace installed. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HE INSTALLED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FURNACE THEN WE AGREED UPON. IT WAS A CHEAP AMERISTAR FURNACE THAT DIDNT HAVE EVEN HALF OF THE FEATURES AS THE ONE WE REQUESTED, the istalled furnace didnt even have a brand name, he threw away the box so we couldnt see what kind of furnace it was. We had to take off a panel to get inside and get the model number. We confronted him about this problem. His response was, what am I stupid to put in the wrong furnace. After arguing for a while he did remove the furnace, returned it to the supply store but now wants us to buy another one to install. This contractor is the biggest scammer there is. I would never recommend this individual to a friend or family member. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!
