I spoke with Tony who came out for the estimate. He spoke a good game but was unable to deliver. I needed my front step repaired (1 step) approx. 4x6 brick work on the trim and some light concrete work. Tony charged half the price of the estimate for a complete replace, and did a POOR Job! spent about 2 hrs with another guy, and threw it together like amateurs. When everything dried ALL of the bricks were crooked and discolored. None of the concrete work that was applied matched. The concrete looked like 3-4 different colors were used (I had noticed they were using multiple bags which was odd). I assumed they used whatever they had left over from other jobs. I was completely horrified at the work that was done. I couldn't believe that the 1(ONE) step could look any worse than when they had started. I called Tony to let him know the work was nowhere near what I had expected from him, and that it was worst. Tony's response was "it's repair work." I assume he meant that I was supposed to deal with it at that point. Tony said he would return 2 days later to correct the work done, and that was over a week ago. Tony if you're reading this..how do you sleep at night after doing something like that to a hardworking family. Do the right thing, and just give me my money back so I can fix your mess, and put food on the table for my kids. Update (July 5, 2016): Spoke with "Steve" supposed the owner of the company came out to evaluate job was done (only because of bad review not good for business) and told me he would get back to me. Update (July 21, 2016) I called "Steve" and he couldn't even remember who I was! He stated he wanted more money to fix the job he did. I did not agree..he stated he would refund my money. Towards the end of the conversation, he became irate and said don't call me anymore or I will call the cops on you! I lost money with them, but hopefully, my experience will save another from thieves of this kind. God Bless
