LTB remodeled our 2nd bathroom in Sep2016. Edward Dubois and his crew took it down to bear stubs and rebuilt to our specifications within 1 month. Most of the wait time was our fault because we ordered special cabinets and countertops. Ed's workmen were extremely professional and talented. They added special touches we didn't think of and it turned out terrific. I will and have recommened LTB to my friends and will use them again. They were reasonable with their priceing. They were half the cost of 2 other contractors we considered. We also had them do some repairs after the hurricane and were extremely pleased.

LTB was our last person to give us an estimate, it was a tad bit higher that 2 others but the knowledge that was shown about our remodel was what made us choose LTB. They are about the home owner.. Thanks LTB for our new room..

Wow these guys not only kept the job clean all the time they were so professional about the whole thing.they really made it a real great experience .I would recommend these guys for any job anytime .

- Building permit records show that Ltb Custom Homes Inc has worked on 14 permitted projects.
The first time they did any work for us (replace outdoor siding onto our home) they were great and that is why we hired them a second time! However, we had a room fire in March and our entire home had to be remodeled. LTB Custom Homes bid on the job. Insurance paid them over $30,000. So very disappointed in their lack of ethics, definite lack of integrity and very poor quality of work. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They bid on the job and skimped on everything they possibly could get away with. They flooded our kitchen but didn't tell us. One of their laborers (who quit working for Eduard Dubois in the middle of the job) told us that when they put the dishwasher back in and hooked it up, water came rushing out of the tubing but that they were able to get it hooked up correctly!!! Whereas Eduard Dubois straight up lied about it and tried to cover it up. He brought in 3 dehumidifiers and said he was setting them up just to be helpful because it was so humid in our home! Helpful for what we thought??? Then when a couple days later when we were walking in our kitchen we heard a funny sound as we walked. We looked down and saw water bubbling up between the cracks of our beautiful newly installed flooring! We realized that was what his laborer was telling us about and that was why Eduard brought in the dehumidifiers setting them up in our kitchen...he was trying to get the water out without us knowing about it! We asked him to pull up our flooring. There was so much water beneath it! They messed up our new flooring in the kitchen and dining area. They pulled up our new lifeproof floor incorrectly and CHIPPED it gluing it down damaging the edges...they sprung a leak in our master bath and tried to cover it up...they didn't replace the trim in our home to be the original type and refused to replace all of the shoe or toe molding throughout the home; new door they hung has been falling off the hinges, put closet racks in crooked...its like they really don't know what they are doing... so sad and disappointed in what they did to our sweet little home. The owner, Eduard Dubois is even a deacon at a church!!! Just goes to show you that just because someone goes to church doesn't mean they have Jesus in their heart! We expected Eduard to be honest and have integrity but sadly, we found out through a difficult experience that he lacks that.
