    remodeling the rooms

    Working with Luciano Doval was a very good experience. Him and his workers are very nice and respectful. My house looks great, he remodeled my rooms and my children love there new rooms!

    There was poor oversight of the people doing the work. For example, the grout on the tiled floor they installed started to come up in the first month. It has continued to deteriorate. I have been told it was due to improper installation of the tiles. A hood installed over a range was installed far too low, below the required amount by the hood manufacturer, despite the fact that the instructions were right there and specified how many inches it needed to be above the range. These and other various such problems were not repaired by the company when I brought them to the contractor's attention. When I requested a repair, an unskilled person was sent out to my house who didn't seem to understand what was required.
