Richard was always late started at 11am and left by 2pm because he had to pick up his kids. He brought his 2 kids to our home while working on our roof, the children were on our roof. He was also contracted from us to do other home projects which he did not complete. My husband was outside doing his work while Richard sat in a chair smoking a cigar and drinking coffee. Took several months to do his incomplete work. I asked him to deduct from our bill and I would finish the painting. He commented, sure cause he hates painting. I'm not happy with his services. He was supposed to remove wallpaper, instead he sprayed wall texture over it. I know because the texture started to crack and while lifting it there is the wallpaper. We paid him for the removal. We contracted him in December 2012. I tried to call him to get him back to repair what he did incorrectly and also to get him back to honor his contract. My husband and I heard his sad stories of his hardship, we tried to be flexible with his situation. But he took advantage of our kindness and did not do a good job. He also complained he has injuries that kept him from doing his job. I would not recommend him to do as much work as we contracted him to do. He is not able to complete the work on time. He maybe able to do one project jobs not multiple. Very slow.
