    Retaining wall repair/completion.

    Laki arrived on time and completed the job. I highly recommend him for your projects. Ours was a small job and a train wreck. Laki and crew fixed the problem. My wife is very pleased. My only issue is that he finished and left before I got home from work. I wanted to thank him in person. The puctures my wife sent me was proof that Laki's work was spot on. Thanks again Laki.

    He did great work for me in Whittier it was a concrete slab. He arrived early and completed job in 2 days.

    I would not use him (again). He did concrete work at a rental property and gave me a verbal estimate with a material list. As it turned out he didn't reinforce the concrete with rebar as discussed and later told me, "it'll be fine." We're speaking of a driveway that will bear over 2 tons of weight (cars). The original estimate included necessary rebar. If you're considering using him be sure to get a written estimate and visually supervise the work as its being done. What he says and what he does is NOT the same.

    This is false. I been attacked by competitors lately. Anyone here can write a review that's why this person won't post pictures as proof on my yelp page. The reason I know this is competitor because I always use rebar or mesh on driveways you can ask anyone I done work for. If anyone has any doubts go call any concrete delivery company in Southern California and they all know me because I use every cement delivery company through out every week all year round for many years. I would never stay this busy or get any type of job if I don't use rebars for driveways.

    I would not recommend lucky concrete. I had a very hard time getting him to understand what i wanted. When I thought he understood he did something different. I got the strong impression he didn't want to work. After 3 trys I finally got him to dig down far enough. He grew frustrated and was argumentative. I did much of the digging myself. I finally signed off on the concrete forms compromsing on what I really wanted in an effort to just get it done. Lucky then argued with me on how many yards of concrete to order. it's simple math! He short ordered to make a few extra bucks and now I have 2 slabs that are thin in the center and they won't drain water. He ended up building me 2 ponds. The water is 1 inch deep in places. When I informed him of the problem he had the audacity to say thats what i told him I wanted.

    Btw. I believe the other reviews here to be fake. How do they know to spell his name laki?

    I never provided work for this guy. He is a competitor that's why he's name is private. I never did any work in Long Beach before.

    I used this company and when our block wall cracked I sealed it because after seen by Laki, he said call him if it gets bigger, is 1/8" noticeable? The crack went from top to bottom and it has not even been 6 months yet.

    This is true but what he forgot to mention is the crack that came down from the block wall also is aligned with the crack on his driveway which we didn't do and its also aligned with the crack on his brick flowerber which we didn't do. Any contractor will tell you that its caused from ground shifting through movements. When the ground sinks it will cause crack. If the crack was only on my block wall it will be my fault but when the crack is in a straight line from my block wall to your old concrete driveway to your old brick flowerbed then that's matter.

    I enjoyed working with Laki. He provided competitive rates and did my driveway and block walll. I had several other contractors come and look at the job I wanted done. He provides customization in his product offerings which is what sets him apart.
