My sister And I, have used Luis Ochoa to install our AC here in Laguna Woods, Ca. we are both very satisfied with his work and the product. We strongly recommend him.
We had some issues in getting manuals for the AC. But we found out that in the state of CA. it is not required or necessary to have it in order to file a claim.
