This company is a scam.
Luis Desouza works under five different company names. E
xpert contractors, LKS construction, Expert Cleaners, Expert Cleaning and Construction, Louise Claudia R Desouza Junior, construction.Run far and run fast. He is not legit. We hired him to do got renovation last August. Our house is still not complete and he took $50,000 from us and used for another project. We were never repaid. He filed for bankruptcy last week.
