Luis Stucco did a totally incompetent installation on the stucco exterior of my new construction house. Before I moved in there were cracks around windows and on exterior walls. When contacted, the company ignored responses and kept voicemail box full so messages could not be left. I had a patch of stucco fall off the back of the house and asked for a repair.
My texts, calls and even personal visits to the office were all ignored. I personally contacted the owner as well as his office workers. The stucco was so thin (less than 1/32” and below code requirement that water seeps into the wall when it rains. Please do yourself a big favor and stay away from this professional one man owned business who will not guarantee his work. I was left a bucket of moldy stucco for repairs when I moved into the house. I will be seeking all legal avenues to be reimbursed for what I am
now paying a genuinely licensed professional stucco company to repair. I would rate this company Zero stars but this review does not allow less than one star. He contracts with New Trend Construction and I would stay away from them as well.
