We recently completed a home renovation project with Lujan and Associates, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, top-tier craftsmanship, and genuine care for our home and vision.
A very special thanks to Guillermo, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills made a huge difference. Guillermo was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep the project on track. His dedication and integrity truly set him apart.
The entire crew was respectful, skilled, and efficient, and we’re beyond happy with the final result. It’s rare to find a contractor that combines quality, reliability, and transparency so well—but Lujan and Associates does just that.
We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or to recommend them to anyone in Orange County looking for a trustworthy general contractor. Thank you, Guillermo, and the whole Lujan team!

Been almost a year. Never responds. Took my deposit and hasn’t done anything for almost a year now. I gave him so many chances. Does not respond or do the work. No plans. No going to submit to the city.

I had the opportunity to utilize their service after I was left with a project incomplete. They were fast and knowledgeable enough to complete the project with all the agency approvals required from the strict City of Los Angeles. I will always remember these guys and their team and would highly recommend Guillermo Jr. if you have any project that involves Health Department approval . These guys know their codes and guidelines which made our experience go smooth and problem free.

We've had two contracts. Yesterday, I found that my drawings are missing from my property per the first contract when I've paid in full for the first contract for the drawings. He did finished the first contract on time for the drawings. He was supposed to be done on August 15th for the second contract to end actual construction, but it is now September 15th, and he is not responding to my emails. The second contract was signed on 5/31/25, and he still isn't done. as off 9/15/25. He has drilled into some joists creating a structural issue. He has demanded to be paid approximately 88.12% of the job and isn't finishing on time, and isn't responding to emails so far. He doesn't respond to text messages a large part of the time and doesn't pick up his phone except on rare occasions. I'm wondering if he is abandoning my job.
