A Florida State Certified Custom Home Builder located in Placida Florida and servicing all of Charlotte County Florida. This builder specializes in luxury homes and according to public reviews, is well known for their quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The Luke Family has been building homes since 1968 and began the business as Luke and Son's Construction, Inc. in Northern Indiana. In 1984 the family made the move to Florida and was the builder of record for Fairfield Communities, "Point Alexis" project, a gated, luxury community located in Palm Harbor Florida. In 1988 they became the builder of record for the Rotonda Construction Corporation, building the Windward and Cape Haze Communities. In 1993 they formed "Custom Homes of Rotonda, Inc." to build throughout the Rotonda communities, and Najar-Luke Construction to build the luxury end of their business in Placida and Boca Grande. In 2011 Rod Luke and Dave Luke Jr. founded Luke Brothers Custom Homes to offer a top of the line product in some of Charlotte Counties most exciting communities. Luke Brothers Custom Homes now builds in a number of communities from Placida to Punta Gorda. They also build in Sarasota, and Lee Counties on a case by case basis.

We first met Rod Luke (Luke Brothers) while we were viewing their just completed model home. We noticed that the quality of this home far exceeded anything we had previously looked at. Rod explained that while there were a few upgrades in this home the quality and features are Luke Brother standards.
With us residing in Canada and not being able to be present during most of the construction process of our new home we were a little skeptical about possible communication problems.
After our first site visit and the construction was well on its way all the skepticism had been put aside and we never looked back.
Their sub-contractors are very professional, trustworthy, and courteous and like the Luke Brothers take great pride in their workmanship. They have extremely high standards and it really showed.
Rod and David Luke are very honest, have great ideas and utilize the latest designs and trends. They are also very knowledgeable with Florida building regulations. They have a lot of experience and will honestly convey any ideas, recommendations and options with you to make sure you are very happy when the home is completed.
Upon completion our home was absolutely beautiful with no detail overlooked. It was completed on schedule with no added extra charges just as promised when we first decided to proceed.
Working with Rod and Dave Luke was an overall flawless and very positive experience from beginning to end. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend the Luke Brothers to anyone who is thinking of having a home built for them.

After extensive research on builders in the Englewood/Rotonda area, we elected to go with Luke Brothers Custom Homes, LLC. We were impressed with their designs. After selecting a model, we wanted some upgrades and they were a pleasure to work with. Their workmanship and timeframe was as promised and we found them to be very honest and trustworthy. We would highly recommend them as builders.

We are compelled to write a review due to the exceptional home Luke Brothers built for us. It is over and beyond what we had expected. The quality and attention to detail certainly stands out. They use only the best skilled workers and suppliers for their homes. We lived 1,000 miles away at the time and were uneasy about not being there, but Rod kept up updated throughout and even sent pictures. A challenging process seemed so streamlined and was orchestrated quite smoothly. Additionally, he was always available and responsive to our questions or concerns. Rod takes great pride in his homes and it shows. He made us feel like we were the most important client he had. We have since spoken to others he built for and they felt the same way. It was actually a pleasure working with Rod Luke and we cannot endorse him enough.
