We hired Luke because no one else follows thru with a bid. The work on the addition was great, but started 2 months late. Never came back for final repairs/finishing of job. Replaced shingles on the whole house and garage, still finding nails and material laying around. Not happy with the roofing at all we had gutter guards on the house and they were not reinstalled properly. Now have leaks in the roof we have never had before.

Really nice guy and good at communicating. However he gets sidetracked and doesn’t finish. His guys tend not to show up. My job he has just a few small things left to do and we were in contact for several weeks and he didn’t show or finish before the snow came.
