Poor at communicating as to what is going on. Had a problem with him finishing up the job, started in June finish the last project in March. He did an egress window (we gave him the size of a standard cover for the egress before he poured, him made the opening larger so we had to do a custom one which costing more) Did damage to our house, did a sloppy job of repairing it. We had to do the finish work of the damaged area… painting, sanding, and finish trim. We are pleased with the sidewalk he put in the pitch of it and the finish. But notice the side walls in the egress window they didn't tamper the cement - have sizeable gap in places between the new egress wall and the house - I had to buy several cement calk tubs to fill it in. We could fill a breeze coming in around egress window in the basement because of this. Filling in the gag stopped this.
